MDM Immigration Services maintains complete transparency regarding refunds and service policies. Clients are advised to carefully read and understand the refund terms before proceeding with any application, consultation, or immigration-related service.

No Refund from MDM Immigration Services

MDM Immigration Services does not provide refunds of any kind whatsoever for consultancy fees, processing charges, documentation support fees, application handling fees, profile assessment fees, or any other service charges paid to the company.

Once a client has proceeded with registration, consultation, application processing, documentation support, university application, visa filing, or related immigration services, the amount paid to MDM Immigration Services shall be considered non-refundable.

University, College & Immigration Refunds

Any refund related to tuition fees, admission deposits, GIC, embassy fees, immigration charges, university payments, or institutional payments shall be strictly governed by the policies, rules, deductions, timelines, and refund procedures of the respective:

  • University or College
  • Embassy or Immigration Department
  • Educational Institution
  • Government Authority
  • Third-Party Service Provider

Refund amounts, deductions, timelines, and approval decisions are solely controlled by the respective institution or authority and not by MDM Immigration Services.

Refund Deductions

Any approved refund from a university, institution, embassy, or government authority may include administrative charges, processing fees, transaction charges, currency conversion deductions, banking charges, or other applicable deductions as per their policies.
